Given the digital nature of the service and the calculation costs incurred (API), refunds are subject to the following conditions:
You have 14 days to request a refund if the audit has not yet been launched or generated.
If you encounter a major technical bug preventing reading of your XLS file or access to data, and our support cannot resolve it within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
In accordance with European regulations on digital content, once the complete audit has been generated and the XLS file made available for download, the service is considered "consumed". Since you were able to test the quality via the free 10-article offer, no refund will be granted for "simple change of mind" after the generation of the complete audit.
