These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between FunInformatique OÜ (Registry code: 16639572), hereinafter "the Publisher", and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter "the Client", wishing to use the SEO audit services offered on eeatclean.com.
EEATClean provides an automated web content audit service using Artificial Intelligence technologies. The service analyzes articles from a WordPress site via its REST API and generates a strategic recommendations report (XLS format). The Client acknowledges having been able to test the service quality via the free trial offer (10 articles) before any purchase.
Prices are indicated in euros (€). FunInformatique OÜ is not subject to VAT (Non-VAT registered). The price paid is the final displayed price.
Payment is processed via the secure Stripe platform. Access to the service is triggered after payment validation.
The audit is processed digitally and delivered by email as a download link (Excel file) within 24 to 72 hours. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on server load or the volume of articles to analyze.
In accordance with the European directive on digital content and services:
The Client expressly agrees that service execution begins immediately after payment. Consequently, no right of withdrawal applies once the audit has been generated.
FunInformatique OÜ offers a 14-day guarantee. However, given the calculation costs incurred (API), a refund will only be granted if the audit has a major technical defect or if the service could not be delivered.
No refund will be granted if the final XLS file has already been downloaded by the Client, as the free 10-article offer serves as a quality reference before purchase.
The EEATClean tool uses AI models to evaluate editorial quality. Results are provided for informational purposes.
FunInformatique OÜ cannot be held responsible for deletion decisions, content modifications or any SEO traffic declines resulting from the application of AI recommendations. The Client remains the sole judge of the relevance of actions to take on their site.
AI may sometimes generate erroneous interpretations. The Client is invited to manually verify critical points.
The Client remains the owner of their site's content. FunInformatique OÜ owns the audit algorithm and the structure of the rendered report. Any resale or commercial distribution of the tool without authorization is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are subject to Estonian law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Tallinn (Estonia) shall have sole jurisdiction.
