What is a deep analysis?
One article reviewed in depth: we research the topic live on the web, verify important factual claims against current sources, and give you a clear verdict (update, review or keep) with recommendations and cited sources.
Why do you need a card for a free trial?
For two reasons. First, to prevent automated sign-ups: every deep analysis runs live web research, and fake accounts would use resources meant for real users. Second, to make the switch to your plan seamless if you decide to stay. Nothing is charged during the 7-day trial unless you choose to activate early. You can cancel from your account at any time, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
What happens at the end of the 7-day trial?
You get a reminder email the day before your trial ends. If you do nothing, your plan starts: we charge your first month and unlock your 25, 60 or 150 monthly analyses. Your plan then renews every month. If none of your trial analyses succeed, you aren't charged. Prefer not to continue? Cancel from your account. You can also choose to activate early: your first month is charged when you confirm, and your plan renews monthly from that date.
Can I change plan during my subscription?
For a different plan, contact our team. For a busy month, you can purchase extra batches from your account without changing your plan. Your articles, reports and history are kept.
Do unused monthly analyses carry over?
No. Your monthly analyses renew at the start of each billing period. Each analysis or reanalysis of an article uses one analysis. Need more in a busy month? Add an extra batch at any time.
I have several websites. How does it work?
Each plan covers one website, with its own analyses and billing. You can add another site from your account and choose a plan for it.
