Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between FunInformatique OÜ (registration number: 16639572), with registered office at Harju maakond, Kuusalu vald, Pudisoo küla, Männimäe/1, 74626, Estonia, hereinafter "the Publisher", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter "the Client", wishing to use the content audit services offered on eeatclean.com and the application app.eeatclean.com.

Article 2 — Service description

EEATClean is a SaaS (Software as a Service) automated web content audit service. The service reads the articles of a website (through the WordPress public REST API or the public pages listed in its sitemap) and provides, in an interactive dashboard, a verdict per article (update, review or remove, keep), the corrections to make with the sources that support them, an Action Center to organize editorial decisions, and a CSV export downloadable at any time.

For new subscriptions: €0 at activation, with a card required and 3 analyses during 7 days. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the monthly plan starts when the trial ends: €49 / €99 / €199 per month for 25 / 60 / 150 analyses for Starter / Growth / Scale, charged at the start of each monthly period and renewed every month. Each analysis or reanalysis of an article uses one analysis. If no trial analysis succeeds, no automatic charge occurs. Extra analyses are available as one-time packs of 25 / 100 / 250 analyses for €59 / €219 / €499, for a website with an active paid subscription. Cancelling the trial prevents the first charge; access continues until trial expiry, then detailed reports, sources and exports are locked. Data is retained and the customer can explicitly subscribe later, without a new trial. After cancellation of a paid subscription, access to the tool and saved content is locked at the end of the paid period; reactivation restores access.

The Client acknowledges having been able to test the service quality via the 7-day trial (3 complete analyses, card required) before subscribing to a paid plan.

Article 3 — Plans and pricing

Available plans

New subscriptions are monthly. Available plans, their pricing and limits are detailed on the page eeatclean.com/pricing.html. Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. Subscriptions taken under a previous offer, including annual subscriptions, keep their prices, entitlements and conditions.

FunInformatique OÜ reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Pricing changes are notified to the Client by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The Client may cancel their subscription free of charge before the new pricing takes effect.

Additional sites

Each newly subscribed website has its own plan. Website size does not determine its price. Existing paid subscriptions retain their agreed prices and entitlements.

Payment

Payment is made through a PCI DSS certified secure payment platform. The trial starts once the card is saved. Unless cancelled, the first month is charged at the end of the trial, or when the Client confirms an early activation; the subscription then renews automatically every month on that date. Extra analysis packs are charged once, when purchased.

Article 4 — Service access

Access to the EEATClean dashboard is available immediately after account creation and payment validation for paid plans. Audit results appear in real-time in the interactive dashboard as soon as a scan is launched. Analysis time varies depending on the number of articles to process, and the evidence research required.

Article 5 — Cancellation and refund

Cancellation

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Client retains access to the service until the end of the paid period. Extra analysis packs are one-time purchases: they are not refunded once used, and unused extra analyses remain available while the website has an active subscription.

Refund

Given the computing costs incurred with each scan, no prorated refund is granted in case of mid-period cancellation.

A full refund is granted in the following cases: major technical defect preventing access to the service not resolved within 48 hours by our support, or billing error on our part.

As the 7-day trial with 3 deep analyses allows testing the service quality before any paid subscription, no refund will be granted on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the quality of analyses.

Refund request

Any refund request must be sent to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" within 14 days of the billing date in question.

Article 6 — Liability and limitations

Nature of recommendations

EEATClean uses automated analysis models to evaluate whether articles are accurate and up to date. The results provided, verdicts, corrections and sources, constitute a decision-making aid and not a guarantee of SEO performance.

Limitation of liability

FunInformatique OÜ cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences related to the application of recommendations generated by the service, including loss of organic traffic, content deletion errors, or any editorial modification made based on the results provided. The Client remains the sole judge of the relevance of actions to be taken on their site.

Analysis accuracy

Automated analysis models may produce incorrect or incomplete results. The Client is invited to manually verify recommendations before any action on their WordPress site.

Read-only access

EEATClean accesses website content exclusively in read-only mode, through the public REST API or public pages. The service does not modify, delete or write any data on the Client's website.

Article 7 — Client obligations

The Client agrees to use EEATClean lawfully and within the subscribed limits. Each subscription covers one website. Agencies and consultants may include reports and recommendations for that website in paid services delivered to their clients, provided they are authorized to audit it. Each additional client website requires its own subscription. This permission does not allow reselling platform access, sharing login credentials, circumventing technical limits, or presenting EEATClean as a service owned by the agency.

Article 8 — Intellectual property

The Client remains the owner of their WordPress site content. FunInformatique OÜ owns the audit algorithm, analysis models, dashboard interface and all constituent elements of the EEATClean service. Any reproduction, modification or commercial distribution of the service without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Article 9 — Service availability

FunInformatique OÜ commits to maintaining the service available 24/7, excluding planned maintenance periods notified in advance. In case of an unplanned interruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours, the Client may request a subscription extension equivalent to the duration of the interruption.

Article 10 — Terms modification

FunInformatique OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Modifications are notified to the Client by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Estonian law and applicable European regulations. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the courts of Tallinn (Estonia) shall have sole jurisdiction.
