These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between FunInformatique OÜ (registration number: 16639572), with registered office at Harju maakond, Kuusalu vald, Pudisoo küla, Männimäe/1, 74626, Estonia, hereinafter "the Publisher", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter "the Client", wishing to use the content audit services offered on eeatclean.com and the application app.eeatclean.com.
EEATClean is a SaaS (Software as a Service) automated web content audit service. The service analyzes WordPress site articles via its public REST API and provides, in a real-time interactive dashboard, a decision per article (delete, update or keep), a score out of 100 based on 5 criteria, a detailed justification, an Action Center to organize editorial decisions, and a CSV export downloadable at any time.
The Client acknowledges having been able to test the service quality via the free plan (10 visible articles) before subscribing to a paid plan.
EEATClean is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Available plans, their pricing and limits are detailed on the page eeatclean.com/#pricing. Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes.
FunInformatique OÜ reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Pricing changes are notified to the Client by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The Client may cancel their subscription free of charge before the new pricing takes effect.
The Client may add additional WordPress sites to their subscription. The price of an additional site is automatically calculated based on the number of articles detected on that site, as displayed when adding the site in the dashboard.
Payment is made through a PCI DSS certified secure payment platform. Access to the service is activated immediately after payment validation. For monthly subscriptions, renewal is automatic on the anniversary date of the subscription.
Access to the EEATClean dashboard is available immediately after account creation and payment validation for paid plans. Audit results appear in real-time in the interactive dashboard as soon as a scan is launched. Analysis time varies depending on the number of articles to process, approximately 15 seconds per article.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard, Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Client retains access to the service until the end of the paid period.
Given the computing costs incurred with each scan, no prorated refund is granted in case of mid-period cancellation.
A full refund is granted in the following cases: major technical defect preventing access to the service not resolved within 48 hours by our support, or billing error on our part.
As the free plan allows testing the service quality before any paid subscription, no refund will be granted on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the quality of analyses.
Any refund request must be sent to contact@eeatclean.com with the subject "Refund request" within 14 days of the billing date in question.
EEATClean uses automated analysis models to evaluate the editorial quality of WordPress articles. The results provided, scores, decisions and justifications, constitute a decision-making aid and not a guarantee of SEO performance.
FunInformatique OÜ cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences related to the application of recommendations generated by the service, including loss of organic traffic, content deletion errors, or any editorial modification made based on the results provided. The Client remains the sole judge of the relevance of actions to be taken on their site.
Automated analysis models may produce incorrect or incomplete results. The Client is invited to manually verify recommendations before any action on their WordPress site.
EEATClean accesses WordPress content exclusively in read-only mode via the public REST API. The service does not modify, delete or write any data on the Client's WordPress site.
The Client agrees to use the EEATClean service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Sale. It is prohibited to attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the service, to resell or redistribute audit results commercially without prior written authorization, to use the service for fraudulent or malicious purposes, and to share login credentials with third parties.
The Client remains the owner of their WordPress site content. FunInformatique OÜ owns the audit algorithm, analysis models, dashboard interface and all constituent elements of the EEATClean service. Any reproduction, modification or commercial distribution of the service without prior written authorization is prohibited.
FunInformatique OÜ commits to maintaining the service available 24/7, excluding planned maintenance periods notified in advance. In case of an unplanned interruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours, the Client may request a subscription extension equivalent to the duration of the interruption.
FunInformatique OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Modifications are notified to the Client by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms of Sale are governed by Estonian law and applicable European regulations. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the courts of Tallinn (Estonia) shall have sole jurisdiction.
