EEATClean offers a free plan allowing you to analyze 10 articles from your WordPress site without a credit card. This step is designed to let you validate the quality of analyses, the relevance of scores and the depth of AI justifications before subscribing to a paid plan.

We consider that the free plan constitutes a sufficient reference to evaluate the service. Any paid subscription constitutes acceptance of the service quality as demonstrated by this trial.

Refund conditions

Given the digital nature of the service and the processing costs incurred with each scan, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Cancellation without refund

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refund is granted for the remaining days of the paid period.

Full refund granted

A full refund of the last billed period is granted in the following two cases.

• Major technical defect preventing access to the dashboard or launching a scan, not resolved by our support within 48 hours.
• Billing error on our part, including a double charge or an incorrect amount.

Refund not granted

No refund will be granted in the following cases: dissatisfaction with the quality of analyses after using the service, change of mind after launching a scan, or non-use of the service during the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, a partial refund may be granted within 14 days of subscription if no scan has been launched during this period. After this deadline, standard conditions apply.

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" specifying your account email address and the reason for your request.

We process all legitimate requests within 5 to 10 business days.
